Chinese New Year

Literally, it's a special festival and holiday for those being at different places to go home and reunite with their family members and all loved ones. There are a lot of Do's and Don't's during the festival. It is celebrated from the eve up to the fifteenth day of the duration. Each festival day carries different and unique meaning. *blabla*

Well.. Old granny stories. I could memorise these from the front to the back and from the last sentence back to the front. Personally the way I treat CNY is more of sustance over form. I make it a task to comprehend the inherent and coherent meanings of every single session and ritual. It is filled with mysterious festive colour blending with the attractiveness of the ethnic especially living in a multi-cultural country harmoniously.

Talking and Doing are two differentiated things. I go home as the time stipulated. I helped out in any way I can for my family. I painted the old colour-fading door. I captured every single precious moment with them. I pretended like I am a very good child. I took the initiative and greeted every relative with nice words just to avoid any further talk-behind regarding my manner. The way my parents raised me was different. They tell you what and when and who, but you gotta sort it out how by yourself.

It's already the sixth of Lunar. It nearly marks the end of my holiday and retreat because I gotta embark on my part time career life soon. But wait, I am not quite ready to be back to the hustling and bustling city life! Rescue me... Help...

First and foremost, I would like to thank all the parties whom had helped me making my oversea studies a success. Without your support and kind understanding, I might not be able to make up my mind to see things from a wider perspective.

I was so upset that I gave up the chance to make application. I took no action before the application was due. After some time I thought it is worthwhile to attend such summer programme. Because it is a rare opportunity for us to spread our wings to fly and learn. It is our show time. Most of all, I don't dare to give up any greatness to strive a little higher learning curve. It would totally be a different story and experience.

Life is good. When you're embraced by grace and inner peace, joy and felicity.

OHMYGOSH!!!

I've not been posting any article since August!
So sorry about that, I've been busy with my final exam.
It was a chain of relaxing holiday plus semester break after the exam.
In August, my classmates and I celebrated birthday for two friends, which were on two consecutive days.
In August, I went working in the company which I had my internship previously during the break.
With that rate of pay, I was quite upset. But I comforted myself that I need those experience.
I managed to enhance and develop myself despite the short break could actually slip in the blink of an eye.
I took the advice of our MCSP lecturer.
Living in this world means constantly striving, no matter you like it or not.
I'd post some photos of the joyful moment during birthday celebration.

I had been feeling unsettled since I joined my studies in Advanced Diploma. Through time and time I felt like being dragged to the last day of the world. My days were miserable. I moaned. I complained. I was down. I felt misled and directionless. I knew, that I was facing a situation called Culture Shock. Yes, the life in Diploma was totally different from the current on. It was so fairly good, well-pampered and even spoon-fed. Now, the life has changed. Everything's changed. I'm already grown in mental capacity and physical strength. And really, I meant it, I need to thank one of the lecturers I encountered. She was being helpful by torturing us. She's the devil's advocate, indeed. She trained us. She guided us on those knowledge on textbooks and even those unwritten rules of leading a career life in future. Although I don't really like the way somehow, I re-called back what she had done on us and I know, IT WAS WORTH IT! She whipped us so hard so that we grow. She let us fall so that we comprehend the true fact of how cruel is the world and how to standing on the edge and on ground again. I appreciate her efforts and diligence in doing so. Thank you, Ms. Chin. We will prove to you that you made the right investment!

It's been a while since my desire of going outstation arose.
This time it was Kuantan.
The main destinations included Bukit Gambang Water Park & Bukit Panorama (Lembing).
One was having fun with water while the other was an outdoor hiking.
Throughout the trip we rented a residential house as our homestay.

Feedback:
Food isn't as delicious as Penang's but it still worth going to get rid of the hustle and bustle of the city life.
The feeling of having a meal by the seaside and in one of the restaurants in city is absolutely different!
Especially at night time.
With comfortable wind blown all over and substituting the function of air-cond.
Listening carefully to the sound of waves, as though it was the gentlest reminder that you're peaceful right there.

Special thanks to Chia Sin & MK Siew for being the tour guides for this fruitful trip!

Look forward to another best one like this!

These days I was hurt badly.
Mostly from family. coursework. homework. peers.
No I can't cry anymore no matter how. No more. My tears are dried out.

I can still feel the pain inside. No matter how frequent I repeated listening to Westlife.
Lying so silently.
But I feel it hurts so violently.

For somehow but I don't know how,
I thought I have the discretion to control my account of money.
But all came to a discoverable mess and it's like an illusionary slap to my face.
Not telling you doesn't mean making secret profit.
Come on! It's credited by aunt to my account and for all this while I didn't tell you too.
So I don't see any necessity to tell you about the money thing this time.

My passion was welcomed by a wave of scolding.

My mobile phone rang while I was having revision and preparing some materials for the next day's classes.
It was my mum calling from hometown and I picked up the call promptly.

"Eh, you got enough money or not this month? I forgot to ask you. Because I haven't banked in to your account yet." my mum said.

"I ar.. got la of course. My public bank account still have. You forgot, I borrowed ptptn already marh." That was the excuse that I often use to ease her burden and sometimes as an indirect way to reject her from sending money over. I think my two younger sisters and her need the money more there.

"Not yet lo. He said need to wait about two to three months still."

"Har? Why need such a long time one? Condition of being separated at least two years have been fulfilled what?" (okay. I have another sin for my eagerness in this.)

"Yalah I know. Lawyer said still need to wait for the application with government, need to get approval etc from there so it may last for 2-3months lo."

"I see... Erm.. Owh... " Searching for words to be uttered.

"Okay la. You go study la. Nothing already." My mum urged.

I was standing at the balcony gazing from the 15th floor at the malfunctioned lamp-post without the flash of light. Is that my life? What did I do to myself and others in my previous lives that I need to bear such karmic debts in this life?

Perhaps it's an obstacle which drives your maturity and patience onboard.
All of a sudden I thought of some speeches given by Ms. Anne last semester. "Everyone has problem. But no problem is big problem." Maybe your parents or elderly are not as good as you expected so you need to have a notion that you have to be better than them now.

"Parents matters are their matters. No matter how good or bad your parents are, you need to work harder so that you can give yourself a green card to access to a betterment of life."

For a few times, I almost cried out waking in the middle of night.
For a few times, I almost thought of ending my life without a second thought if there is chance.

But this is foolish! stupid! silly! moronic! unworthy! barbaric! uncivilised! Suicidal ain't help! It just worsens the situation. We, as human beings, need to be responsible for our own lives.
World is still turning. Sun is still burning. Hope is still there, latent.

I have great source of support from all around. They are the motivators of life.
I have my mum, sisters, A gor, JQK, bunch of relatives and pool of close friends.
Everyone has his or her own fated purpose of living to be fulfilled in this world.
Everyone has his or her duties to be carried out for being by our side.
Appreciation and acknowledgement are the only answers to our doubts.

We are still insisting on those impossibilities.

We tell others not to be guilty despite the fact that we actually get hurt.

Disguising is tiring, but it is an art of getting used to things.

Why we are doing so?

It is merely to hide the fragility in ourselves.

Though we are sad and feeling despair, we would just pretend as if we are okay

for the sake of consoling those around us and trying hard not to let them discover our wounds.

We would not need others to sympathise us.

We would just withhold the hurt feeling in ourselves and try our best to get over it.

No matter how brokenhearted we are,

regardless of the feeling of heart-peeling or suffocation we get,

we would just show the people a smile and tell them all "I'm fine!".

Back then, we would sit down and stay calm alone and start laughing out loud at our silliness,

I'm officially back in KL for the commencement of second semester. The second day of that week was actually my birthday. In fact, Birthday, means A Free Holiday-like Day to me. Sometimes I'd stay at home for the whole day instead of going out and packing in the overcrowded place. Anyway, I'd like to thank my thoughtful family members for celebrating my birthday in advance before I came to KL. Abundance of thanks giving out to my coursemates, classmates and any other old and new friends who had celebrated and wished me a cheerful birthday. I'm grateful and appreciative of all your wishes and I love you! No more teens for me and seriously I can't really accept it! LOL.

Hereby I'd thank my A gor (name concealed for confidentiality) for talking to me. Did you know that sometimes your concern can actually, I mean, really, cheer me up? Not that I'm over-obsessed with you But I'm just so pleased that I could regard you as my bro. =D It's a feeling like I never had before. Semester Break

While I was preparing for my final examination, I was stunned by the news that my mother was caught by immigration department of

Japan

and was kept in retention. That was the night before I was going to sit for my first subject. Anxiety rose in myself. That wasn’t the first time already. The same thing happened two years ago. The same feeling of exaggerating nervousness was haunting me throughout the whole examination process of mine. Fortunately I received a call from my mother telling me she’s fine. I could then breathe with a great relief.

Then, I immediately off to Subang the next day after having my last subject as my mother was staying with my aunt temporarily. And not to forget I went to Mid Valley the night when I finished my last subject with Penang college mates. It was the first time I went for relaxation and only when it was the end of my first semester. Frankly I was quite embarrassed for myself. Anyway, I was grateful that I could finally spend some time for leisure and pleasure after such a long suffocation. And undoubtedly I am always a procrastinator. LOL.

I spent great moment full of fun and passion in Subang. On top of that, I had my first experience (in my life ever) of taking a flight even though it was only from KL to Penang. Thanks to my xiao yi and say teo for treating us well in there.

The next week when I arrived in Penang, a sequence of exciting events were awaiting for me to join. Toy museum, Peranakan Mansion, Karaoke, Gathering and some random meet-ups were all so tempting. I am so glad that I could spend a little moment together with all those I love and be loved. Now that the holiday is approaching its end and I am so reluctant to leave. As life goes on, we need to move on too. Last but not least, I love Penang! XD

I don't really own brothers, with real blood-lihood relationship. But I have friends regarded as my brothers. I call them brothers aka buddies, ah ko or gor gor sometimes. I actually got inspired by a song sung by Leehom which I found it so touched. They treat me well all the while, ever since the day I knew them. With extended care and undying love. Do not misinterpret that I'm the kind of slutty or pervert fellow. I have two blood-connected younger sisters. I know what's the feeling of being a brother to others. Far more than you would ever expect. Though they are not having blood relationship with me, I'm still grateful that I have them as brothers in my life despite the fact that God has forgotten to give them to me. IT'S MADNESS

Madness 1

I was supposed to go back hometown last Saturday evening, and of course I did. As I was having a test, the very last test of my current semester, I had no choice but to carry out my plan right after the test ended. In that evening, one friend and I were taking LRT to KL Central then planned to catch a 8.30pm bus at Kuala Lumpur station by taking KTM. We Touch-N-Go at Melati station. At first it was feeling fresh and nice. Air-conditioned. Spacious (but not at the peak hours). We were sitting on the chairs and talking to each other. There was the PA system which stopped our conversation when we reach Damai station. An important announcement. Every passenger is needed to move out from the LRT because the train was supposed to get back to its ordinary station, Gombak.

   Afterwards we were standing and waiting for another train to hop on it. It went for only a short distance, I guess, before another announcement was made from PA system that we needed to move out again at Kampung Baru station for the same lame Reason! Two of us were stuck at the underground station for almost 20 minutes. In the end, we decided to hire a taxi instead of waiting blindly in there. But, there the problem came as there were no taxis waiting nearby that LRT station. None except by cab-calling service. So we walked the exhausting miles on foot and we were so fortunate that we ran into a friendly and informative Malay girl who told us the actual direction to get a taxi for ourselves. Before she walked off she was trying to show her sympathy for us by saying "I know it's madness" and wished us home safely. Perhaps she didn't know our homes are in Penang and it would really take SOME time. lol~

   Wandered around the totally unfamiliar places according to her instructions, we finally managed to stop a taxi and got in it. It was already about 8.15pm at that moment so we changed our destination to Jalan Duta instead of the former KTM station (Kuala Lumpur). I should be grateful as fortune fell on us and made us successfully bought two selling-fast tickets which departed at 8.30pm (but that time was already 8.40pm). It was as adventurous as a mock Amazing Race, especially when we were figuring all the way out about the place where we could hire a taxi in that small village.

Madness 2
   I was supposed to go back to KL on Sunday afternoon, after lunch. I managed to catch a Rapid bus and reached Butterworth jetty around 1.40pm. After having a few calls with my friend, I bought two tickets which would be departing at 4.15pm. So, guess what I did there? Nothing much! Just sat down and observed the people of surroundings while talking to my friend, for almost 3 hours and more, like how we talked in the bus the night we went home. Now only I realised that how talkative (or perhaps noisy in the eyes of bystanders) we were as we chatted all the way long until we arrived in Penang. In fact, I could sense that someone was actually glancing at us or maybe our conversation in English was actually overheard by an African-looked guy who sat in front of us.

   Back to the unfinished astonishing story of us, we were on board punctually at exact 4.15pm. Anyhow, we had been waiting for NO reason about another one and a half hours in the bus. Oh it's another Madness! The bus started moving around 5.40pm and stopped twice along the journey, for a short while each time. And I actually doubted if they compensated us for the time wasted by turning on the telly and playing us movies for the entire journey. But it didn't even make me feel more delighted or pleased because all were lousy movies! LMAO. A story on a superb and seemed-like-eternal hero Rambo and the disastrous life had. A story about computer-created ~~(so fake)~~ snake-like (or maybe eel-like) monsters hunting for, in all the ways they could, human kinds as food. Bloody, disgusting and nauseous. The next story was 'Shutter' which frightened me by its pale woman ghost/ dead soul but I found it quite educational because the ending was out of my expectation and I learned something which really existed, law of "Karma".

   We were again haunted by madness, when we reached at 11.00pm at Hentian Duta because it was raining drizzly. We walked out of the station once we were dropped to hire any taxi that passes by the main road. We managed to have one and the driver is so nice and 'user-friendly'. At least the atmosphere was harmonious, but not awkwardness with the existence of silence which plays too loud. Sent my friend home first before I got my turn. Girl deserves more security especially at that late at night isn't it? So I ended up reaching my residence place at 11.35pm, safely and in one piece. For the whole night I had always wanted to shout out loud: IT'S MADNESS!! =)

p/s
Another slight madness was about the temporary termination of internet connectivity of my house. And I should say that it was the main purpose I went back hometown last weekend, to settle the long-queued application process.

  It's been the 60 days I've been leading my life in KL. 60 days is (approximately) equivalent to 2 months. A not too long but not too short time period. This week is week 9 out of 14, the final exam is around the corner I should this by applying prudence accounting concept. Let's have a quick review on the subjects I'm taking this semester.

English for Management:
Accomplished group-work role-play meeting. Done individual proposal letter test on CCTV issue. Going to have my individual presentation next week (which I have not searched the information completely on the internet and outline has yet to be written. and yeah I'm SO anxious). And in line with my prediction, I foresee next week would be a hectic week. Adopting a quote from one of my classmates "If I survive I'll let you guys know". LOL!

Financial Accounting I:
So far so good for this subject. Got my test 1 result and I'm so pleased that I passed! Gotta pull up my socks for test 2. This subject is basically about the study of theoretical financial reporting standards then apply into the questions. The standards would serve as guidelines to ease us in solving questions.

Laws and Practice of Meetings:
For the first few weeks, I found myself in severe disapproval towards laws. Anyway situation gets better when we gradually sought out a way in understanding the context and syllabus. It's all bout Meetings. Meetings. Meetings and Meetings.

Corporate & Operations Management:
This subject worsen me badly. Wrecked my beautiful life, leaving me unawakened and unconscious sometimes. No doubt I need to confess that I learnt a lot of new things through this subject. Safe-assign software to check plagiarism, opportunity to unleash my ability to present in lecture hall (by the way I'll be having a formal presentation in lecture hall and be evaluated on the spot! that's why I mentioned that next week is a torturing week. So I need to make up my mind clearly & be mentally strengthened), the try-again attitude in every trial-and-error tutorials. Much more and it would be very tedious for me to list down all. In fact, I have a little wonder whether the lecturer is able to finish teaching the syllabus because we've got bulky notes with us right now whereby the contents are so mesmerising so hypnotising. F!

  Anyway, not to forget to acknowledge those who have given me unlimited support and encouragement when I was suffering some time before this. My life was so really fucked up at that moment that I have thought to cry all over (SILENTLY) in the toilet. Now it has become better. I have choices. I opt for the optimistic way. DIPLOMA CONVOCATION 文憑畢業典禮
日期：26th JUNE 2010 （星期六）
時間：大約12-4PM
地點：拉曼學院檳城分院

　　又到了鳳凰花開的日子，令人愉悅又多愁善感的畢業季節。　

話説星期五上午９點有一個特別為准畢業生而設的匯報。本人早晨７點展開了一趟溫故知新版本的公共交通之旅。快捷通巴士，不提了，服務態度、設施、環境和衛生都是十年如一日。（要不是沒有能力擁有私家車，它老早就是本人的 Opportunity Cost 了！）要往返檳島和北海，除了檳威大橋，另一個選擇就是渡輪。人常常在追求特定的某人某事時都忽略了或忘了珍惜身邊擁有的一切。這兩年之間，過度的走馬看花和太多的不經意不留意讓我頓時發現：乘坐公共交通原來是种幸福。當天本人學會放緩腳步觀察入微，認真仔細體驗沒有背包書本束縛著的行程。一路上的人事物是如此的可愛，和風徐徐迎面吹來，吹亂了額頭前的瀏海也不加以理會，繼續享受坐在渡輪裏坦蕩浮沉卻倍感幸福的感覺。鳴笛聲打斷了我的思緒，啊！多想繼續沉溺在簡單的幸福。靠港了，我隨著擁擠的人群魚貫地湧出去。來到了昔日一直抱怨的巴士站，坐看人生有快有慢、有停有站、有悲有樂，偶爾夾雑著一股股的暖流，在心頭。

我最喜歡聆聽的　

　　重新踏入學院的日子，好懷念同窗苦讀的日子，當我們同在一起的日子。學院還是依舊如常，唯一不同的是，這一次我仿佛聞到久違的空氣中彌漫著想念的情懷。攀爬著今日的階梯呼喚起昨日的記憶。坐在椅子被排放得很整齊的禮堂，心中激起一種飽足感，除了平時大考之外，本人竟然還有機會靜坐享受這股清涼。

領取畢業袍　

　　儀式性的集會終于過去了。回到了熟悉的地方想起了熟悉的咖啡店，享用了午餐就開始趴趴走咯！在 Prangin Mall 瘋狂逛了整個下午，再和早前預約的乾爹地敍會。整個過程是歡愉的，臨走前他還送我一件褲子，其實我還滿不好意思的讓他破費，也期待和他下一次的會面。日落之後，和另一群友人在久違的 Gurney Plaza 胡鬧，跳舞機、頭文字Ｄ、打鼓依然那麽富娛樂性。續攤 Coffee Island 來個晚餐。（說真的還是第一次在那兒吃晚餐，平時都是夜深之後的探訪）

　　日落日出，正式穿上畢業袍的日子終于來臨了。大伙兒容光煥發陽剛氣足，整裝待發靜候花開燦爛的那一刻。商業系的夥伴準備好了嗎？讓本人帶領大家目睹一快。

回想過去兩年的點點滴滴，仿佛只是發生在剛逝的昨天，依然那麽清晰，溫度依然恆熱。兩年的光陰荏苒，回顧當初的青澀歲月，經過成長的洗禮，學院生涯的回憶把空白的畵面凃上了絢麗耀眼的色彩。呼吸著枯葉紛紛凋零散落的落寞，離開了熟悉的地方、道別了熟悉的人物，今後進入人生另一個里程碑，正式踏上鴻鴻征途，期待再凱旋歸來的那一天。

“天下無不散之筵席”，沒有分離，哪來的結合？祝你和我前程錦繡。XD

First and foremost, I had two presentations in this particular week. It was an English role-play presentation on Tuesday. Approximately 5 persons contributed as a group. It was judged on group basis for the preparation and interaction of that presentation when it was carried on. The performance of members was judged individually. And I made a mistake that I forgot to submit the minutes and agenda to Ms. Valsala for inspection. So we lost a mark for that omission. Feedbacks were much appreciated from Ms. Val because she pointed out our weaknesses for our future's sake. Thanks to all the members whom we've successfully made the presentation a great one.

The next presentation was actually haunting me for so long. And as you know, I'm kinda procrastinator type. The presentation was on Wednesday but I only started preparing the slides the night before the presentation, which means some moments after I was back from English presentation. LOL. It was even worse that the presentation was assigned by Ms. Chin, the lecturer of Corporate & Operations Management. She required me to present my content in front of the crowd in lecture hall after she had heard my presentation in tutorial class. Fine. I'll just take it as challenge. And I would rate myself as Averagely-Pass only because I noticed many flaws of mine while presenting. I got monotone, my left hand was doing some ugly actions throughout the presentation, I was quite depending on the slides. I acted awkwardly at some time. And MOST OF ALL, I look pregnant due to the T-shirt cutting!! Oh S-H-I-T! hahaha^^

Raising a child is complex and there are no moulds or instruction manuals. Do respect your fathers because without them, there would be no existence of you living in this world on earth.

Conclusion:

the definition of a "father figure" is subjective to me after my parents had separated about 4 years ago. I've never seen my father again since the day he left. I've sometimes regretted never having talked that much to my father because he is the silent type, and I inherited this character of his. Day after day and time passed away. Perhaps after some time down the line, I'll be growing as a father as well. So I want to be there for my children, for them to eternally have the bond I used to have, for them to know that I'll always be there. And right now, I'm doing this for my younger sisters as well, apart from being their brother, that I know it's hard to grow up without a father guiding them through, but sometimes I would also fail or fear to face the marital fiasco. Chaotic days contaminated my life just like the way the air fogged up the glass. The only difference is that the glass will be as clear as its initial appearance when the vapour fades but my poor heart had already got an irreplaceable wound since then. But there's no more misery I think, on the day when I met my godfather and he stepped in my life to give me strength and tell me "no cry, no worries, my dear son. Everything will be fine." And of course another chapter of The Story begins. Last but not least, I'll choose to be a father with the combination of Brad Pitt (is that him?) and Barack Obama in future. What about yours? XD

It's been the 31st day since my arrival in Setapak, KL to further my studies of advanced diploma. The environment here is quite comfortable. (at least it's livable) As what I've mentioned in previous previous (count by yourself XD) post, I've already got used to the kind of "nomadic" life since I was in secondary school. Living isn't a hard thing for me. I adapt to new environment fast. The tendency of my concern falls more on my studies. I was actually suffering from culture shock when I first reached KL main campus. Additionally I was totally dumbfounded, noticing the huge compound of this college. I sweat a lot when I have to shift myself from this location to next destination and the situation stills persist. Things get even worse when it's on a hot sunny day. Just imagine. You're sweating like hell, (as though you're taking shower) then you enter into an air-conditioned room all of a sudden. Repeat it for 3 to 4 times per day. I can't promise anything but I'm sure of the more-than-average probability to fall sick easily.

Unlike diploma, the lecturers here are giving incomplete notes or accidentally omit some parts so that we can do our own research via internet or library. I confess, diploma was really an act of spoon-feeding and it toughens me when I achieved the level of advanced diploma. Many of my ex-coursemates whom were also from Penang campus said that taking this current course is like headless fly bumps into the wall. Or some are more severe. They called it SUICIDAL! well. I don't agree with those exclamation. This is Advanced Diploma and it will only suit our level if we found it tough. Studying is about lifelong learning. Knowledge is inexhaustible and limitless. Once you reach the sky, you will surely touch the glittering star.

So, stay competitive and perform our professionalism at all times.We'll be graduating for Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, Am I right??

Thanks to skype. I get connected to my mum easily and conveniently. We've been having conversation for so well. However, it doesn't last any longer as I found that the quality of the calls were not as good as before. Just doubt whether it's caused by my expired webcam software or the new-installed skype software. I hope neither of them has got problem but the poor internet connection of Malaysia. LOL.

Damn tired while answering the LPM tutorial questions.
                       Perhaps I have yet to get used to the scope of learning.
                     Perhaps I have over-aimed.
                         Perhaps I don't actually love the laws and Acts like I did.
            Perhaps I am just too busy and lazy.

     Ms. Lee MW had once said we must be able to work in ambiguity in future. An ambiguous situation refers to a situation that we're not provided with a lot of information and we gotta figure all out by ourselves and carry out tasks on our own. Yes! all by myself. So, I've done my part and going to sleep with some sorrowful mood and mesmerising thoughts on. Sometimes I just wonder Am I way too Melancholic??? lolz
    Nevertheless I'm always so relieved whenever I see this picture. XD

I've been through a lot in my life. Especially some that were not supposed to surface and emerge at my age. Broken heart and bruised, but nothing else to do with it but I gotta accept the life the reality. I tend to hold promises dear to myself so as to inspire myself to aspire before I expire. ~~I'd never lie to myself~~. It's partially wrong. I lied, or rather to say I deceived in good faith according to Teleological Theory. I do believe in people and I see the true beauty in everything. Undoubtedly those I can't live without are my family and friends, whether small or big, I'll keep them close to me. Life without companions would be a dull and unpolished edge of darkness. Family and friends mean eveything to me. Once and for all I couldn't bear to break anyone as it would hurt me the most.

Fairy tales are fairy tales after all. They must be some stories created by someone to entertain the needs of another bodies. And I don't quite believe in happy endings sometimes because I've seen too many saddened examples around me. On the other hand, I'm not a pessimist and hence I do believe that there is always light to every dark and the nights will give way to days, hope to every lost cause and their prayers will be heard, beauty in the filth because the world or humanity isn't so rotten and two sides to every story because it is judged by different perspectives and points of view. I believe that no one should be alone as loneliness is a silent killer and I totally comprehend just because I have been through that as well. And since then I have walked a long road and Don't Stop, my true believer...

On the 7th day since I've been in KL, my uncle and aunt offered my cousin layhui sis, laysin sis and me to pay a visit to their residence. I had a really great time spent over there. In that 3D 2N trip, I've gone wandering at different places where I've never been there before (To be frank and sincere XD).
Sunway Piramid was one of the renowned destinations that we went for lunch at Bar B Q Plaza and the most interesting part is ICE-SKATING!!! I ended up 'walking' clumsily with those stupid gestures all out when I was almost losing my balance and going to fall down.

See~ this is the proof lol

Besides, we went eating Poon-Choy 盆菜 on Saturday night. It is a Chinese-style dish with different varieties of food arranged and decorated neatly from top to bottom in a big clay bowl with rice served. The food choice includes chicken, duck, roast pork, mushrooms, prawns, bamboo shoot and embraced by broccoli on top of the surrounding of the bowl. An attractive nice-looking dish which made us boost our appetite. And to be shocked I have eaten much more than the usual portion that I used to have at home, for almost each and every meal. I'm amazed at my 'ability' or perhaps I should call this a potential undiscovered talent of mine. LOL.

Sunday morning my say teo, laysin and I had a simple yet luxurious breakfast at a kopitiam which located just within a stone's throw. In the afternoon we decided to shop at IKEA for some home furnishes. I could see many varieties of them are available there which cover from a tiny drinking cup to a massive-structured bedstead. You name it & They have it! By the way the curry puffs were so scrumptious. Eventually the trip ended with a warm dinner together with my xiao yi, say teo, layhui sis and laysin sis. We separated officially when I was driven home and back to the condo I stay.

So I gotta officially and cordially thank my uncle aunt and cousin.
xiao yi, thanks for the longan that you cooked it was so ho-liao that I had 3 full bowls of it. Haha.
say teo, thanks for fetching me home and your concern all the while. And the cross-trainer to burn calories. lol
layhui & laysin sis, thanks for companionship of yours in those two days. Look forward to going out together again.

   This is the 100th post of my blog. Literally Chinese (or almost Asians) believe that 100 is perfect. I'm writing this post because my idol is always way too perfect In My Opinion and in conjunction with Leehom's 34th Birthday on 17May2010. No doubt, I combined his previously released songs to make an article about a love story to show my support upon this awesome hard-working charismatic American-Born Chinese celebrity.

Sometimes I get bored in hostel. I'm trying to find myself some entertainment so I always tune in to FM stations (using my friend's phone) to listen to all those favourite music no matter what genre they are. Haha!

Recently I consulted an i-pod specialty shop on a malfunctioned i-pod nano which was given by my mum about 3years ago. The consultant checked thoroughly and told me that it was already damaged due to hardware issues. Arrgh~! The i-pod meant so much to me. It's partly a given gift bought in Australia and yet I've never officially tried on it after it was passed to me. Kinda disappointed, guilty and self-blaming.

I'm thinking to own myself an earphone for my Nokia mobile phone too!

What to do? Start saving today. XD

The Amazing Route

    Alright. I've arrived in KL safe and sound even though the journey seemed like a journey trying to break a record of Mission Impossible. Let me depict the unbelievable story.
    I bought a bus ticket for 13th which was supposed to depart at 2.30pm. 10am in the morning, the worker of the outlet called me up saying that my proposed bus was out of order. She was asking if I would like a midnight bus on 12am of 14th. After considering various possibly harmful factors, I rejected and asked for another time schedule.
    Later on I went to buy lunch for my sisters as my aunt has left for hospital to look after a kid of her sister's. I gotta do my obligations then. >.< All of a sudden I received a call from the outlet saying that there was a bus going down KL at 11 something in the morning. It showed that it was 10.30am when I managed to take a look at the clock hanging on the wall of that kopitiam where I went to buy food. On the double, I rushed horribly home after I got told about this.
    "Hol-Shit" was the only words emerged on my mind. When I was riding the motorcycle with fast speed and passionate fury, I received a few calls and messages from the worker.
    "Pls come earlier as the bus has departed from BM. Thanks."
    I started to be tense. Fortunately I had packed all my luggage few days ago. I strode off the living room once I stepped into the house and directly went up to my room to take all my bags after putting the food on dining table. As I was wearing my shoes, an auntie (my neighbour) saw me and guessed I must be in a hurry. So she spontaneously asked uncle to offer me a ride to the outlet. Or else I'd be walking down the street which would spend me about 10 more minutes.
    The bus finally came to pick about 15 minutes after I was dropped. (what the heck~ I shouldn't be so nervous if I knew it earlier) Okay. Fine. The bus driver is kinda friendly though I guessed he must be feeling hesitated by my question.

    "Encik. Tumpang tanya saat. Saya nak pi KL kena turun kat mane ni?"
    "Kat Pudu."
    "Tapi stesen Pudu dah tak pakai lagi kan?"
    "Masih turun kat Pudu walaupun tak pakai lagi."
    "Masih turun kat Pudu lah? Confirm?"
    "Ya."
"Okay. Ma-seh"

    I managed to piss off before he went mad by my question. lol. Initially everything went smooth until it was raining cats and dogs when the bus was approaching KL. And another "Owh-Shiet" came out from my mouth. (Sorry for my rudeness) It's in my expectation but out of reach. I was dropped at a bus stop along the roadside in the vicinity of Jalan Tun Perak. My cousin and I spent loads of time talking and telling all the renowned landmarks, easily-visible buildings and the location I was at. And finally she managed to find me out after digging over the entire KL, I guessed. *giggle*
    We were both wet when we got in her car while her friend was waiting in her car. I reached her house after going through round and round of traffic congestion but luckily they weren't the serious ones. I stayed at her house at that night after we went shopping at Carrefour. That was the first time I marked myself as a shopaholic and all the things we bought almost fully loaded the car until her friend could only start moving the car at Gear3 but not Gear1. (because the car was damn full of things) LOL. Just couldn't imagine what would happen if we (touchwood-ly) met the police force.
    Basically, after this and that and this and that and finally I obtained the keys and officially moved to my new hostel. Wish I will be leading a smooth two-year-life in KL. G-Y-M blesses me!

*A special secret for you. Sssh. Don't tell anyone that
I didn't even have a proper opportunity to take a shower before I departed to KL but it doesn't matter as lastly I was also 'washed' by the rain already. Laugh out loud.

Leaving

    Have u ever noticed how the time flies?
    I experienced it during this holiday. As I'm leaving for KL to further my studies, I decided to go KL on 13th. All of a suddenly, I feel so reluctant to separate with all my friends in here. The place that I've been staying for almost 20 years. Too much memories to be treasured. Too much things to be remembered. Too much moments I've spent with. But I told myself not to be hesitated, not to be nervous, not to be over-excited.
    In fact, I've been leaving home since my Teens.
    15, Form 3. I started my hostel life. That was the first time I left home. Not to be exaggerating, I would tell that I really felt the loneliness surrounded me so badly sometimes. But it was all gone with the appearance of my expanding number of friends. I got to know many friends and they helped me to get rid of those sickening feelings and I'm so grateful that I got them by my side at that time.
    18, National Service (Program Latihan Khidmat Negara). Not to be boastful, when some trainees were crying terribly due to homesickness, I was joyfully enjoying my wonderful & interesting NS life at the campsite. My guardians seldom went to visit me on weekends and I didn't really give a damn about it as I'm already accustomed to the life outta home.
    18, Penang TARC. Somehow I started to feel homesick at the beginning of the college life. Fortunately, with the assistance of my san yi, friends, classmates, roommates, housemates, lecturers and all others, I've walked out of that trial period.
    20-to-be, KL. I've been having all those wonders on my mind. How's the life in KL? I don't know. I don't have answers right now. I told myself not to lose my faith as I feel myself shaking horribly. So I'm going for an exploration of life (or perhaps analysis of human characteristics) in a place which is strange to me. Life is about learning. Remember to relax and don't be tense. What's bad with falling off? As long as you learn from the mistakes and climb again from stumbles. Now that I'm leaving but I'm never gone far from home. At least I know.
    Here I come, Kuala Lumpur.
